Jennifer Schaus & Associates continues to host a no-cost monthly event for the Washington DC metro area government contractors. Ms. Schaus was inspired to begin the event due to so many networking events in town with high price tags, low attendance and bad ROI. Additionally, her interest in the arts and architecture inspired the Kennedy Center venue.
Wanting to help small business who find it difficult to navigate the red-tape of government contracting, the event now boast 50-100 attendees each month. Many Prime Contractors and some government employees are also found at the event as well as many B2G consultants, such as Ms. Schaus's firm.
The event takes place every 3rd Thursday from 530pm - 730pm on the Terrace Level at the KC Cafe. Drinks and food are available for purchase along with a great view of the Potomac and several monuments.
The next event will take place on Thursday, June 21, 2012 and the 3rd year anniversary event will take place on Thursday, JULY 19, 2012.
